Reprint: Amazing Interview With Pearl Harbor Survivor
Editor Note: Because our newsletter list has grown so much
in th
Why Teach? Very rarely does anyone question the mission to
remember and honor our servicemen and women who have
sacrificed to protect our freedoms. But the third part of
the Remember; Honor; & Teach mission is not always so clear.
Well, we were fortunate to sit down recently with Robert
Coles, an amazing and charming gentleman from the Downeast
area who amid his recount of the attack on Pearl Harbor,
captured the essence of the "Why Teach" mission better than
ever before.
We hope you will enjoy the uniqueness of this spry
84-year-olds experiences, his wisdom, and his willingness to
share. After watching the interview, it will not be
surprising to note that Mr. Coles continues to be active,
both physically by mowing lawns and active in the community
with speaking engagements.
